• Roast Pork with awesome crackling
• Stuffed Seasoned Chicken
• Glazed Ham on the bone
• Spit Roast Prime Lamb - add $2 per person

Served with appropriate condiments and napkins.

This is a serviette option only not a plate option - It is designed as a stand-up function only

FRESH SALADS =TOSSED SALAD and COLESLAW

Prices include staff to cook, carve & serve.
