The lunch today was beautiful all the staff enjoyed it. The meat was excellent as was the salads. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy the our Xmas lunch for the staff it went down really well.
Your man who delivered it and waited on us was a lovely man. I can assure you if I am still in the this store I will be booking you for a Christmas Lunch this year. And believe me in retail the year just fly's by it will soon be upon us again.

I just wanted to say thank you very much for everything last night. Everyone thought the food was yummy and we had left overs so I needn't have worried as you said. The plates were a godsend as some took buns, meat, salads and made up their buns at their table. The ham and beef were exceptional and we will definitely have Southern Spit food again, in fact I am really looking forward to it.
When we do have another function I will be in touch.
I hope I didn't cause you a problem with not putting the Bap boxes up for pick up - we had 2 boxes with some buns still in and we took the other two home to put in the rubbish. I have transferred the balance of our account to your account today.

Just thought I’d write up a quick email to let you know that we were very impressed with SSBBQ and the catering/service on the 26th March. Your staff (Amelia and Rob) were extremely professional, timely, friendly, and the set-up was really pretty so please give them a big thanks from myself and Marc. All my guests commented on the great food and impressive selections.
Amelia and Rob packaged our leftovers and left us with some more to nibble on over the rest of the weekend.

Can I just say you guys were wonderful! Every single person..and im not joking said how beautiful the food was..and asked who our caterers were.
The ham, the chicken, the pork they loved it all and was so succulent and served hot..and they ate until they were full...LOL. My teenage daughter just loved the hot apple pie, custard and cream. Gareth and I were amazed that only a few of you were able to take care of all 260 or so of us and handelled it so professionally and friendly.
We just wanted to express a great big thankyou for helping the evening be so enjoyable, special and memorable.We will definitly be using and referring you guys.
We will pay the balance asap.

To the team at Southern Spit Roast and BBQ Company,
I am writing in regards to our wedding held on the 21st of November 2009
I would like to start most importatnly by saying thank you.
Not really sure just what to say or how to say it so i will styart from the top.
Through both phone calls and emails - I had alot to do with Phil. I was very comforted by a very helpful and frinedly gentleman who was always eager to help - answer questions and offer advise. Not only was Phil very professional but also very, um, calming I guess you could say - I enjoyed dealling with a person who was very down to earth - with a friendly sense of humour. When we needed to change our menu - this was of absoltely no problem to him - and was happy to do so. I found this very helpful as a nervous bride trying to organise everything to a budget and to plan.
The team that were at the wedding itself, we had alot of comments from our guests - and of course we thought so too - on how friendly the team were. We had a good laugh with your staff - they seemed like awesome people. at the end of the night they packaged up the remaing food ready for us to take home - said their friendly goodbyes and were gone - with out disrupting the evening.
We had many compliments on the level of service and quality of the food - and we would have absolutely no hesitations in using you again - and recommending you to others.

Dear Graham and Phillip,
Thank you so much for the wonderful food served at our event last week for 200 or so guests. We only booked for 180 guests and it was absolutely not a problem with numbers going up last minute. Besides having plenty of food and left overs that we could take home; the quality was fantastic and the service staff very friendly. Seriously how do you get pork that tender and juicy?
We have tried all the catering companies in the Auckland and most seem to run out of food or are very slow, noisy and late serving food. Your spit roast catering company is by far the best and most professional.
I will book you again next year when we come back to Auckland for our annual conference.

We hosted around 55 people for a 40th birthday party and Graham was key to the success of the night. His friendly manner added to awesome food and presentation. All the guests still comment positively about the food!!! Thank you Graham, you and your team are true legends!!!

I would like to highly reccommend the Southern Spit Roast Company for this award.
We had an Engagement Party at the French Bay Yacht Club on Sunday the 3rd of May. We had booked for 50 people but had more turn up that other guests kindly thought they would bring along. I had been suffereing from the flu all week and was very stressed having never orgainised anything on a larger scale as this.
I was so worried there wouldnt be enough food I didnt go near the table all night in case I saw empty plates.
As it turned out there was more than enough and everyone commented on was delicious food and ample amount.
I had even bought extra myself ( which we are still eating. ) We had enough left to have another family meal the next day.
The young man also lent me a knife and board to cut up the lemons, which my daughter was supposed to bring but didnt turn up with till much later.
I have had endless comments on what a lovely night it was from all our guests and wondderful food.
We are seriously thinking of using them again for our wedding next year.
They made the whole process stress free and easy.

10th April 2009 To the wonderful team at Southern Spit, we would all like to thank you for the absolutely wonderful job you did for us at the wedding of Kylie and Lance Cross on Saturday 11th April 2009.
Us and our guests were very impressed with the delicious menu that was served to us. Also the service was absolutely brillant. The clean up superb. All done with no fuss or noise, we didnt even notice things being cleared around us.
