Graham Corse-Scott and son Phil Corse-Scott have been operating Southern Spit Roast and BBQ Catering since 1998, Graham Started off Southern Spit Roast Catering from his buffet restaurant in Papakura, Auckland.
Graham has been catering and running restaurants for over 35 years. He was the first catering contractor to the Napier Cosmopolitan Club in the Early eighties followed by 10 years running and catering from La Rhone restaurant in Te Awamutu. On moving back into the Auckland area, Graham set up Chantelle's Restaurant in Papakura and for the past 15 years has been running Southern Spit Roast & BBQ Catering Co.
Phillip Corse-Scott has been with the company from the start after finishing his chef training at Kermadec Restaurant in Auckland, he was the Sous Chef at Pinetress Lodge on Lord Howe Island with brother Rob who is also a chef. Phillip also worked Ravesi's restaurant in the heart Bondi. Philip has now been with Southern Spit Roast for over 15 years.

Southern Spit Roast Catered my Wedding at the Papakura Netball Club for 180 people and the food was awesome. They served the main table with plenty of food and had heaps of food to go around for everyone. Think I had about 5 servings myself. Good work and the pricing is competitive. You need to get a quote from these guys.
